Only the first 30% of prepaid fees are eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Initiation:
(i) A refund will be initiated if the student/teacher does not take any class from Konnectguru. Please note that this refund is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
(ii) If the tutor is confirmed and the tutor's contact details are shared, no refund will be provided. This applies regardless of whether the classes have commenced or not.
(iii) Refunds will be initiated only if the refund request is raised from the registered email or mobile number associated with the account.

Please note that refunds may take a reasonable amount of time to process and are subject to any applicable transaction fees or charges. We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice.
